Guys, for installing Whatsapp on your iPad, below are the simple instructions:

1) You must have Jailbroken iPad.

2) From Cydia, you need to install tweak called "WhatsPad"

3) Connect your iPad to PC and go to iTunes / App Store and download "Whatsapp".

4) After downloading "Whatsapp" go to Drive C:/ Users/My music/iTunes/iTunes media/mobile applications. There will you see Whatsapp IPA downloaded from Appstore. (copy that and paste to Desktop).

The smartphone landscape in the United States last quarter paints a familiar picture, according to newly released Nielsen data: the winners ? namely Apple and Samsung ? kept winning while the rest of the pack continued to fight for scraps. Nielsen?s U.S. smartphone market share report for Q2 2013 shows Apple?s lead narrowing as its market share jumped to 40% from 34% in the year-ago quarter. Over the same period of time, Samsung increased its smartphone market share from 17.5% in Q2 2012 to 24.7% last quarter (that figure includes Android and Windows Phone devices). HTC was the No.3 vendor in the U.S. according to the firm with a 9.4% share, edging out Motorola at 9% and LG at 7%. BlackBerry?s market share fell to 3% last quarter from 9% in the same quarter last year. In terms of operating system share, Android led with 52% ? barely up from 51.8% in Q2 2012.
